Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
VeloCarbide provides tungsten carbide procurement services — purchasing, collecting and importing carbide materials from suppliers. Our website provides information about these services and a channel for supplier inquiries. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract; a transaction is only established upon written acceptance of a formal offer by both parties.
3. Supplier Obligations
Suppliers represent and warrant that:
- They own or have authority to sell the materials described
- Materials are free of any undisclosed encumbrances or liens
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- Materials comply with applicable export regulations in the country of origin
- Materials do not contain radioactive, hazardous or restricted substances beyond normal industrial content
4. Pricing and Offers
All prices are indicative until confirmed in a formal written offer. Final payment is based on actual received weight and grade assessment at our facility. We will notify suppliers of any material discrepancy prior to final payment.
5. Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) within the timeline stated in the purchase agreement, upon successful receipt and verification of materials. We do not accept liability for banking delays outside our control.
6. Logistics
Where we arrange collection, materials are at the supplier's risk until collected by our appointed carrier. Materials are insured during transit. Risk transfers to VeloCarbide upon collection. Where suppliers ship independently, risk remains with the supplier until confirmed receipt at our facility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to VeloCarbide. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloCarbide's total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For European suppliers, any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction are not affected by this clause.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
